Well, it was bound to happen! Once I ventured into collage and other paper arts, I soon discovered MailArt and faux postage (artistamps). Learning from other MailArtists, I decided to establish my own (imaginary) Postal Authority. Voila! PCIPO - the Pine Cone Island Post Office!
